Your memory, handled with care

Smile & Pose Photobooth is responsible for this digital guestbook. This notice explains what happens when you add a message or photo.

What we collect

Your name, message and any optional photo you choose to send. We also create limited security identifiers from your device and network address to prevent spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your raw network address in the memory record.

How your memory is used

Every submission is reviewed privately. If approved, your name, message and optional photo may appear on the public wedding wall and slideshow. The couple can view approved memories in their PIN-protected gallery, mark favourites and download photos individually or together.

Your choice and photo permission

Nothing is published unless you tick the permission box. Only upload a photo you are allowed to share, including permission from other people pictured. You can withdraw permission and ask for your memory to be hidden or deleted.

Who can see it

Approved memories are visible to anyone with the event link. The couple and trusted event moderators have protected access for reviewing, managing and downloading the collection. Technical hosting providers process the data only to run and protect this service. Memories are not sold or used for marketing.

How long it is kept

The collection is kept long enough for the couple to enjoy and download it, normally no longer than 12 months after the event. Pending or declined submissions may be removed sooner. The couple can ask Smile & Pose to close and delete the event collection earlier.

Ask for removal or help

Speak to the Smile & Pose team at the event, or contact the bride and groom or event organiser who shared this link. Tell them the name shown on the memory and roughly when it was sent so it can be found. You can ask to see, correct, hide or delete your submission.
